We collect only what we need to run the shop:

• Account details — name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash) when you register.
• Order details — delivery address, phone number, items, quantities, sizes and metreage, prices, coupon usage and order status.
• Payment references — gateway transaction IDs, payment status, and, for manually verified UPI payments, the UPI transaction ID and any screenshot you choose to upload.
• Content you submit — photos you upload to the AI virtual try-on feature, and messages you send us.
• Technical data — cart and wishlist stored in your browser, session cookies needed to keep you signed in, and basic request logs (approximate IP, device and browser) used for security and rate limiting.

We use your data to process and deliver orders, verify payments, maintain your account, address book and order history, respond to enquiries, prevent fraud and abuse, keep audit records of administrative actions, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to. Transactional messages about your own orders and payments are sent as part of the service.

We never see or store your card, net-banking or UPI credentials. Card and UPI details are entered directly on our payment gateway partner’s secure, PCI-DSS compliant pages, not on our website. Our systems receive only the outcome of the transaction: a transaction reference, the amount, the status and a timestamp.

Where you pay by UPI transfer that our team verifies manually, we store the UPI transaction ID you provide and, if you upload one, the payment screenshot. Screenshots are kept in private storage that only authorised staff can access, and are used solely to confirm your payment. Please avoid including anything in a screenshot beyond the payment confirmation itself.

Payment records and order totals are retained for the period required by Indian tax and accounting law. All payment traffic runs over encrypted HTTPS connections.

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the shop: our payment gateway (to process payments), courier partners (name, address and phone, to deliver your order), our cloud hosting and database provider (to store the site and its data), our email provider (to send order and payment notifications), and our AI provider (to generate virtual try-on images from photos you upload). Each processes data on our instructions. We may also disclose information where the law requires it or to protect our legal rights. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Orders, payments and related records are kept for as long as needed to service them and to satisfy tax and accounting requirements. Account data is kept while your account is open. Virtual try-on images and cached results are short-lived and removed on a rolling basis. We protect data with encrypted connections, hashed passwords, row-level access controls in our database, private storage buckets, role-based staff access and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we act promptly on any issue we discover.

You can, at any time:

• Access the personal data we hold about you and request a copy.
• Correct or update your profile, saved addresses and contact details from your account page, or ask us to correct anything you cannot edit yourself.
• Request deletion of your account and personal data, subject to records we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons.
• Withdraw consent for optional features, such as virtual try-on uploads.
• Object to or ask us to restrict a particular use of your data.
• Raise a complaint with us, or with the relevant data protection authority.

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember your cart and wishlist — no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Blocking them will break sign-in and checkout. Our shop is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. We may update this policy; the version published here applies from the date it appears, and material changes will be highlighted on the site.
