This website is operated by Lakshmi Matching Centre, proprietor LINGAMALLU KALYANI, Old Pattabhipuram 2nd Line, beside Hot Chips, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh — 522006 (“we”, “us”). By browsing, registering or placing an order you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Fabrics and dress materials are sold per metre and can be ordered in decimal quantities in steps of 0.25 metre. Ready-made garments are sold per unit, with stock maintained separately for each size.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Wholesale rates apply only to qualifying bulk purchases. Prices, offers and stock levels may change without notice, and the price applied is the one confirmed at the time your payment is completed.

Colours, weave and texture may vary slightly from on-screen images because of photography, lighting and screen calibration. Hand-cut fabric lengths may vary marginally.

Payment must be made in full online before an order is processed. We do not offer Cash on Delivery. Payments are collected through our payment gateway partner or, where enabled, by UPI transfer that our team verifies manually.

We do not store your card, bank or UPI credentials; those details are handled entirely by the payment provider on their secure systems. For manually verified UPI payments you must provide a valid UPI transaction ID; a payment screenshot is optional but helps us verify faster.

If a payment fails, is cancelled, or cannot be verified, the order remains unconfirmed and any stock held for it is released. Amounts debited for a failed transaction are reversed by your bank or the payment provider, usually within 5–7 working days. Submitting false or altered payment proof may result in cancellation and refusal of future service.

Your order is an offer to purchase. Our confirmation email or on-screen acknowledgement of receipt is not acceptance. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order after successful payment verification and dispatch preparation.

We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, where stock is unavailable, where pricing or product information was published in error, where payment cannot be verified, where delivery is outside our serviceable area, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. In such cases the amount received for the affected items is refunded to the original payment method.

Once an order is confirmed and processing has begun, it cannot be modified or cancelled by the customer.

We will supply the products described in your confirmed order, in the quantities and sizes selected, and cut fabric lengths as accurately as practicable.

Orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days of confirmation and delivered across India through third-party couriers. Delivery timelines are estimates; delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other events beyond our control are not our responsibility, though we will help you track and follow up on any consignment.

We will respond to queries raised through our contact channels during store hours (10:00 to 21:00, all days) and keep your order and account information secure in line with our privacy practices. We aim to keep the site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and features such as AI virtual try-on and the fabric calculator are provided as guidance only, without warranty of accuracy.

All sales are final. We operate a strict no return, no exchange policy on every product, including fabrics cut to order and ready-made garments. Please check size, quantity and shade carefully before paying. If an item arrives damaged in transit or is materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will investigate and resolve it fairly.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your account credentials confidential. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content, resell using our images or branding without permission, or place orders fraudulently. All site content, photographs and designs remain our property.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here at the time of your order applies.
